As part of the buying process of products and/or services on MARBULUS, relevant information related to your purchases might be requested including but not limited to your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address and your shipping information.
By purchasing and submitting such information, you grant MARBULUS the right to share such information to third parties solely for purposes of facilitating the completion of purchases.
MARBULUS has the right at its own discretion to refuse or cancel your order at any time without incurring any liability. MARBULUS may decide to do so based on product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, errors in your order or for any other reasons.
MARBULUS further reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Accounts

When you set up an account with MARBULUS, you undertake and guarantee that the details provided are accurate, full, and up-to-date. Failure to do so shall be considered as a direct violation of the present Terms, and shall result in the account being immediately terminated notwithstanding any other rights MARBULUS may have to that effect.

Termination

When the Service is terminated, the right to use it is automatically withdrawn.

These Terms will be regulated by and interpreted in compliance with the laws of Lebanon.
MARBULUS’s failure to enforce any of these Terms’ rights or provisions shall not be construed as a waiver of such rights. If a court determines that any clause of these Terms is null or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in place.

MARBULUS reserves the right to change or replace these Terms at any time at its absolute discretion. Such changes shall be duly updated on the website.
